Registration
Participation in the conference requires completion of the dedicated registration form. The registration form is the single entry point for all participants and can be used both by attendees who wish to present a contribution and by those who plan to attend the conference without presenting.
During the registration process, participants may indicate their intention to submit either an oral or a poster contribution. Authors wishing to present their work will be asked to upload their abstract according to the instructions provided below. However, attendance at the conference is possible without submitting an oral or poster contribution.
NB: please note that registration is confirmed only upon receipt of the registration fee payment.
Abstract Submission
Participants are encouraged to submit an abstract for an oral or/and a poster contribution. Abstracts must be submitted using the conference template (docx|odt). The file name should contain the author’s surname followed by the contribution type, e.g., Surname_talk.docx (.odt) or Surname_poster.docx (.odt).
Abstract submission is carried out through the conference registration form. During the registration process, authors will be asked whether they wish to present their work as an oral or a poster contribution, and will be able to upload the corresponding abstract. Participants may submit both an oral and a poster contribution.

Conference Fee
The conference fee includes participation in all conference sessions, coffee breaks, the social dinner, conference materials, and a one-year full membership of the Italian Neutron Science Society SISN. Through the SISN membership, participants will receive regular updates on training opportunities, seminars, summer schools, and other activities of the neutron science community in Italy and worldwide. Participants will be automatically part of the SISN from the registration date untill the end 2027 and will therefore be eligible to attend and vote at the Society Assembly held during the conference.
Conference fees are divided into two categories:
- junior for students, early-career researchers, and researchers in non-permanent positions.
- senior for researchers holding a permanent position.
Participants are strongly encouraged to take advantage of the early bird registration, which will greatly assist the conference organization and logistics.
